How much do kite lessons in Hurghada cost?
A private lesson costs €50 per hour. Our courses cost €130 for the 3-hour Introduction, €220 for Level 1 (6 hours), €310 for Level 2 (9 hours) and €400 for Level 3 (12 hours). Every course includes your instructor, equipment, harness, wetsuit boots, a helmet and insurance for the duration of the training.
Why is Hurghada's shallow lagoon ideal for learning kitesurfing and kiteboarding?
The water is waist-deep over a sandy bottom, so you can stand up after every fall, recover your board easily and practise without worrying about deep water. Steady cross-onshore wind, mainly from the north, brings you back towards the beach, and the flat water makes it much easier to get up on the board.
